Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. It applies to everyone who uses SureFireWealth Services, including SureFire Deadlines. If you break it, we may remove content, suspend or close your account without refund, and report illegal activity.

Honest deadlines and urgency

SureFire Deadlines exists to show real deadlines. Regulators treat fake countdowns as deceptive. When you use our timers, pages, links or other urgency features:

The deadline must be real. When the timer reaches zero, the offer, price or bonus must actually end or change as you said it would.
Don't use timers that restart on page reload, reset for the same person to fake a new deadline, or run out on an offer that never changes.
Evergreen (per-subscriber) deadlines are allowed only if each person's deadline is real for them and they can't simply come back later to get the same deal.
Don't pair timers with false scarcity ("only 3 left") or false price claims (fake "was" prices).
Make the terms of the offer clear: what ends, when, and in which time zone.

Email and messaging

Send only to people who agreed to hear from you, and follow anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, Canada's CASL and the EU/UK rules on e-marketing.
Every marketing email must identify you, include a working unsubscribe link and your postal address, and use honest subject lines.
Don't use purchased, rented or scraped lists.

Truthful marketing

Don't make false, misleading or unsupported claims, including income or health claims.
Reviews and testimonials must be real, from real customers, and reflect their actual experience. Disclose any payment, free product or relationship behind an endorsement. Don't buy, write or fake reviews, followers or views.
Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and the FTC Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 465), and similar laws where your customers are.

Prohibited content and activity

Don't use the Services to:

break any law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
promote illegal products, gambling where unlawful, weapons, drugs, adult or sexually explicit content, hate, harassment or violence;
run pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, or deceptive business or investment opportunities;
phish, spread malware, or collect people's data without permission;
impersonate any person or company;
overload, probe, scrape or interfere with our systems, or get around limits or security;
resell or share accounts, or use one account for multiple unrelated businesses or clients (unless your plan allows it).

AI features

Don't use our AI features to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or content that misrepresents a person.
Review AI output before you publish it. You're responsible for what you publish.
Follow our AI provider's usage rules (Anthropic Usage Policy).

Report misuse to support@surefirewealth.com.
