This was by far not the easiest installation I've seen for a piece of software and I definately reccomend watching the installation video first. It's appears to install easily if you do that first.
After reviewing this software, I found that it was no more useful than software I already use called "The Dowser" from www.thedowser.com. It was also free and I actually found it to be more useful than this program.
I feel like I'm missing something with this software as to it's real value, especially where it runs from an internal database which I would think would quickly become outdated. Also a click on the update tab provided a 404 page error. If I'm missing an obvious, use that the The Dowser isn't providing me, feel free to enlighten me.
I ended up uninstalling it as I found "The Dowser" a better program for this purpose and no internal MySQL or ODBC compnents required. |

| This program is an excellent utility for wuickly gathering articles for niche' site development. I have used Orwell for over a year (lite version) and although I struggle with the cost of the "pro" version, I think this is an excellent program and has always had good support by Jason and team. Definately worth a look, especially if you are looking for something to add to you original content ion AdSense sites. |

| I have used this program for wellover a year and I find it an invaluable tool for use when doing keyword research for new niche markets. I reccomend this one for everyone, irregardless of what type marketing you are doing. There is an Oerture add-on module that they released about 5 or 6 months ago which also is very good. |

I found this to be one of those ebooks that is full of links and short on substance. If you've been around the IM world for any length of time, you will already be aware of the very few tips listed in the ebook. The ebook uses very large type with lots of spacing and conveys very little of what the title really implies. More just a long sales page for other programs.
It's a quick read but I wouldn't go out of your way to do it...16 pages that could have been done in 4. |

| Review Title: 404 Secrets not successful for me |
| Date Reviewed: March 12, 2007 |
| Reviewer: Todd Strait |
I tried this product about a year ago for about a period of 6 months and never converted even one sale. Now, I pride myself on making sure that all my pages and links are working but over a short time period, I eliminated a number pages that were still listed in the search engines for about a month so I had quite a few hits more than normal on the 404 page. Still nothing.
I switched to a short blurb on the page and added some AdSense code there and have had more success with that. I credit the idea of using and putting something to monetize the 404 page to this program, but the included materials didn't convert for me at all.
Great idea...but not going to be for everyone. |

I suppose this might be a useful report for someone brand new but quite honestly, I found no new "gems" in this report that I wasn't already aware of.
I have a lot of respect for Mike, but is his "think tank" getting dry to put somehitng like this out when he has done some really great copy over time in the past?
Unless you are brand new to IM'ing, I would suggest passing on this one...just another list creator. |

Options, in the right marketplace can work out to be a good investment but in a market like we currently have it could be disasterous.
Pros: In a "sellers" market can be lucrative
Cons: Book doesn't really share much of the downside of doing this with the reader.
Not a bad read if you want to know what "options" are, but proceed wiht extreme caution if you think this something you want to do.
Might be useful material to explore a niche with. |

While I was honestly hoping that there would be something in this ebook that I didn't know, I was happy to see some things that I have forgotten about.
Sometimes we get so much information thrown at us, that it gets difficult to keep all of it straight. This ebook has some great "hey I'd forgotten about trying that" ideas in it. Worth a read. |

Once again a good read for those who didn't pay attention in high school economics class or didn't feel like taking it and took "basket weaving" instead.
There's nothing in here that I would call unique, but a good read if nothing else to remind you that you don't have to scrape from check to check with some common sense and applying some basics principles to you life.
If you need something to help motivate yourself to do what you probably already know you should be doing, this is for you... |

| Review Title: Not all that search engine friendly... |
| Date Reviewed: March 25, 2007 |
| Reviewer: Todd Strait |
This tool does what it says it does. The caution I would place on this tool is that the sites that it creates are not going to be "candy for the search robots".
The days of rehashed and scraped content appear to be dissapearing quickly and so wil these types of page generators.
I would say this...if you are looking for a quick way to add some content to your site, this will help you do that. If you are looking for high quality lasting content for a site, write it yourself.
Pages full of non original and scraped content are quickly dissapearing from the search engines as they get smarter and smarter with filters. If you want to use pages generated in this way, I would at least suggest adding some of your own content along with it to try and make as unique as possible.
Again, the software does what it says it does, but you have to decidehow best to use it for your situation. |

This series is pretty if you need information on how to build and use squeeze pages. Louis does a great job explaining the basics of squeeze pages and minisites and how you can best use them for yourself.
The videos go by fairly quickly and keep your attention and you should be able to find a few nuggets of information to use on your own sites. |

I have to agree with the previous two reviews in that this eBook is not chocked full of information and is an upsell in the making. However, and I am not currently a subscriber of NIAB (although I may become so), but I can vouch for the success of the system. JP is a great guy and so far has taken the time to answer any question I have asked.
I have been employing this concept for about 6 months now and I have to admit that it appears to be living up to its claims. To me, the two pages with the graphics in the eBook are enough info to employ the system if you wanted to and much more is not needed. Since I started following this idea, my traffic, at least in the short term has increased nicely.

Once again we hear about Web 2.0. I just love how marketers will throw out a new "buzz" name to something and try to convince every one else it's something new.
Don't get me wrong, Jeff provides some useful information and links in the book and it's worth a download, but for me it was just more information overload with a new name. I'm guessing that before the end of the year we'll be discussing Web 2.0.1 too.
If your new to IM, then its definately worth a read. If you are no longer the newbie, then you have heard all this before.

| Review Title: If you are looking at AdWords campaigns, this might be for you |
| Date Reviewed: May 19, 2007 |
| Reviewer: Todd Strait |
I you spend you time trying to earn an income with AdSense, then this is definately worth a read. If you have never tried to make money using AdWords, then this is definately worth a read/watch (2 videos). The software is reasonably priced and appears to have some merit in regard to helping you discover ways to become profitable using AdWords.
Like any system, the potential to spend a lot money and earn little or even loose money exists but if you are determined to try AdWords, I can see where this software can give you a leg up and it's about a third as much as Keyword Elite which is a competing software in this area.
To your successes... |
