"How to create a town portal website" is a good guide for anyone who wants to create a town portal website. I followed the steps in order and was able to get my site up and running in under an hour. But there was a problem: The report has a link to download themes created by the author. When I clicked on the link to download them, I got a 404 error. The product needs to be revised and edited to include a working download link. To get the themes, I had to go to the authors site and sign up to access them. Other than that, I give 2 thumbs up for the guide.
