I downloaded this zip file and it contained 3 different products (pdf files) and not the 4 listed. I really wanted the 4 listed ebooks, not the 3 that I got. Bait and switch?

I also downloaded this zip file expecting to receive 4 products but instead only contained 3 different products (pdf files) instead of the 4 listed on the description page. Also Upon opening the zip file, it said that there was an error. Maybe you could have your IT guy take a look and fix the error. Besides that I was able to read the three PDF reports through the view tab of my File Explorer. What I read was very educational.
