This is another tool from Google that anyone could find if they look around.
Problem is many never do so do not know about it, that is why this is here also.
It's a great tool to use and is free, try it out. |

| Reviewer: Kosta Efstathiou |
Pros:
Website status.
Statistics.
Indexing diagnostics and management.
SiteMap submission.
Cons:
Navigation back to "Google Webmaster Central" requires multiple clicks back.
Bottom Line:
Google indexing from the horses mouth with no 2nd hand sales hype. Some great tools to help you analyze your marketing, such as, the top search queries that return your site.
Google on over to experience the helpful tools.

Like what Jeremy said, not a lot of people know about this Google feature. In fact, this is the first time I've heard of and accessed it, and it took me a while to figure out how it works, I have to admit. It's probably not going to make a lot of sense to those who don't care much for stats and all other website-related details. The Webmaster Help Center, which contains FAQs, is also informative and should help people figure out more about why keywords are important in pulling in traffic and what factors can affect your site's Google rank. Site owners might also be interested in seeing which search queries lead most of their Web traffic to their site and it also has a feature which shows which word most frequently appears in your content.
This tool is worthy of bookmarking if you want to stay updated on how your site is currently doing in Google's listings. |

great resource, mind-boggling placement. heheh., November 27, 2007 |

If you need a one-stop shop to your Google product needs, particularly those concerned with SEO and web promotion, then this is the interface for you. This is basically a portal to the best of Google’s SEO tools, and this will surely help you improve your site stats and SEO ranking. I particularly like the fact that the webmaster help central and the Google webmaster blog is right there where you should find it, smack dab in the middle of the page. For the newbie webmasters trying to find their footing in the SEO world, this is absolutely ideal.
I can’t figure out why Google Adsense and AdWords are placed in the lower right-hand corner though. Is there a psychological basis to that?
Well I certainly did look in that area initially. But that isn’t so scientific is it? Oh the wonders of product development. I can only surmise that Google didn’t want to look so commercial; because placing Adsense and AdWords in the middle just might scream commercialism, heheh.
