Bottom Line:
This is a simple script for you to use on your website for live customer support. The setup instructions left out the 2nd to last step, which is to create your blank SQL database. First create the blank database, and then go to last step. You can watch the quick video in "Get That Testimonial" on setting up an SQL database.

| This product looked really promising at first glance. The instructions for how to configure it and where to install it were really clear and easy to follow. I got as far as entering the admin login details and all the tables in the database were created as expected but that is as far as it went. I was left with the login screen showing and no way of getting any further. Obviously there is some information missing from the configuration details as to what you need in order for the system to actually log you in (yes the login name and password I was entering matched those stored in the table) |
