Holiday eating is also given attention, and we all know how important it is to limit one's intake of heavy holiday meals, so that's a nice section.
As much as I enjoyed the tips, because the healthy eating advice provided is sound, I personally find the e-book a little hard to listen to. I like audio books that are read by a nice, smooth, and lively (but not hysterically perky) voice, and this one just sounded bland, mechanical, and even computerized to me.
Overall, this could work a lot better if it were just an e-book, and happily this package includes a PDF of the e-book. It would be easier to have such eating tips printed out and ready for you to consult whenever you think you're backsliding into bad eating habits. | |
