This sounds like an interesting little feature that you can install for your website, but really, why go through all the trouble when these days, it's easier than ever to syndicate your content and have it available for people to subscribe to (feeds, RSS readers, anybody?). Still, if you think that every little bit helps after all, then you might want to give this a try. You will just need to check out the installation instructions to get this up and running, and you won't have much difficulty--you only need to upload the script and to know your mySQL username and password (very necessary).
I suppose that this can be quite helpful for anyone who wants to look at more ways to boost their site traffic, but these days, something like this just sounds quite complicated, especially since there are plenty of other options. Download only if you really want to use this and explore other options.
