This e-book isn't just all about eating better foods and getting more exercise on a regular basis. This is more about developing the CORRECT attitudes that will ensure your success in losing weight. This e-book is simply filled with a lot of incredible advice and the excuses you will read here, which are being used by many people steadfastly refusing to workout, will all sound familiar, especially if you yourself are guilty of saying those things! This isn't the most flawless e-book available, and is in fact riddled with quite a few spelling and punctuation errors, but you can overlook those details by focusing on the wise words of fitness wisdom all throughout.

Grab this e-book for some extra inspiration on getting fit, and if you need some motivation to get started. It's a simple, easy read that will really make you sit up and pay attention, and won't let you slack off again!

A gem of a read,  January 24, 2008


Weight loss books that offer new, practical and insightful advice are hard to come by these days, but this book definitely makes the cut. I like how the author Darlene Nicholson combined the principles of mind power with the practical actions for weight loss. Best of all, she shares her life story which can draw inspiration and makes one think – if she, the sickly one, can do it, why can’t I? I believe this is what is most special about this book.

The author has this cheerleader and encouraging friend approach all throughout the book, which I think makes the advice here all the more powerful. The motivational quotes she occasionally puts here are also winners. Nicholson also adds a bit of humor – I like her take on dieting: “Diets = Deprivation = Suffering = SUCKS!” And yes, she shows that there is indeed a better way.

This book is definitely a must-read for anyone who wants to lose weight.
