Anyway, tips like these are always the best and most fun ones to write AND read, because they're so practical and you would think they're just a matter of plain common sense until you see people going, "Oh yeah! I haevn't tried that before!" This e-book is just bursting with tips that make a lot of sense and aren't difficult to do, too. Covering these four topics is a smart move as well because you just know people are particularly interested in these subjects. All the tips are brief, which is not only necessary for a document with numerous pages, but is a good idea especially since that would only make it easier for people to wrap their minds around the concepts. It's admittedly a long e-book, but you don't have to absorb all the information right away. Highly recommended.

Written lightly and to the point, “404 Self-Improvement Tips” offers 101 tips for four areas in life – finances, success, health (particularly getting in shape) and relationships.
In the money-saving tips, the e-book gives a wide range of tips from the simple shopping bargains to the crucial mortgage.
For the success part, keeping a positive frame of mind, setting goals and persevering – no shortcuts – until you reach them, and continuous learning are among the advices given.
The health section not only focuses on weight loss but on wellness of mind and body, giving tips on meditation and other mind exercises as well.
The section on relationships particularly gives tips on how to keep the flame burning and minimize conflict.
I appreciate how the information was presented. With headings for each tip to summarize the point, the reader can easily review the tips from time to time.
What I was looking for, though, was a conclusion to wrap it all up. The e-book ended rather abruptly with the relationship section.

I was impressed with the soundness of the advice in this e-book. It’s not just your run-of the mill advice tidbits, but the concise advice snippets in this e-book are sound practical advice, as well as well-researched and authoritative facts. The health snippets had accurate basis in current medical trends, and these are actually pretty amazing information.
Amazing not because they are mind-blowing, but amazing because they make perfect sense. The practicality is unparalleled and there is no doubt that Bob Bastian put effort into the creation of this e-book. Not only was the content top-notch, it was also formatted in an attractive, easy-to-read, easy-on-the-eyes way.
I like the cover graphic, but I think it would be more apt to have chosen a more laid-back picture instead of the corporate group, because this applies more to general life than a corporate lifestyle.
But nonetheless, as lifehack.org is the blog manual for daily living, this one is your e-book equivalent of a lifestyle essential!
