Very well-said. I like the author’s analogy of the keys and how well he articulated his points. The e-book offers valuable insights from start to finish, albeit sometimes in sharp wit.
Some of the points here may hit quite a few nerves, but they are eye openers as well. It’s to say – before you can be successful, you have to lay down firm foundations first. It’s looking at life holistically and not just at your desire to start an Internet marketing business, as the rest of your life affects that as well.
My favorite would be the book’s section about saving, or becoming a Viking, where the author shares statistics that income and chance events are not really the factors affecting wealth.
To be clear that each section is a key, though, it would have been better if for example you label “Part I – Your Why” as “Key #1 – Your Why” instead.
That aside, though, this e-book is a must-read.

The title alone will make you think that this is not one of those Internet marketing e-books that were just randomly thrown together and put out there to be bought. This e-book isn't just all about raking in cash, boosting numbers, and churning out articles at a dizzying pace. This has more to do with how you are, how you handle your business, and what you can learn, and contains a lot of inspiring stories. The whole e-book is just well-written (give or take a few errors, but we can overlook that bit) and could really help you keep your focus on your plans.
It would be good idea to file this away as one of your more inspirational reads that can help you stay focus and organized, and also help you look at where you are in your plans. A good job all around, and I'm looking forward to more offerings by the author :

There are so many how-to’s to online riches out there that you won’t know which to pick up and actually use as your blueprint. But this guy had me at “Some of these discussions may make you downright mad.”
Because Steven Johnson challenged me to really see what his e-book is about, I realized that it is indeed a gem.
I like his writing style: it challenges you to dream big and to really buckle down to working out a game plan for yourself. Like a tough-love sports coach, he yells at you and challenges you and fires you up for the online moneymaking game.
Steven Johnson knows how to sell and how to sell, indeed. I think I’m going to watch out for this guy, because not only can he persuade at the drop of a sentence, the rest of the e-book is a veritable treasure trove of online business sense.
Indeed, when you look for a mentor, you have to get one who walks his talk. Otherwise, you’d be feeding on packaged air (empty promises). I think Steven Johnson is worth listening to: he applies the stuff he teaches.
