I have to say this: Looking at the table of contents first will definitely give you the impression that this is one long, sprawling e-book dedicated to giveaway events. I reckon it's enough to convince you to get your own complete copy of The Giveaway Code; currently, it goes for $27 (I have yet to plunk down the cash for it, but I will). The table of contents pretty much shows you how it covers all the usual topics about giveaway events. I'm not satisfied with the leaked chapter, however--it's only the e-book's introduction. Sure, they can't release THE meatiest parts of the e-book, but a brief sampler of a chapter containing actual advice would do better in convincing readers that they know what they're talking about. The introduction already looks pretty well-written to me, though, so I certainly hope the rest of the e-book flows just as smoothly.

Might make you want to get the full version.. Or not., November 27, 2007
Reviewer: Lorie Therese Locara
While I might not see anything radically different from this version of the giveaway event from the one Alex Navas wrote, I can say that thought was put into the creation of this e-book. While the Exposed was more of a how-to resource, this one is written in a more personal narrative.
Though this certainly has put forth concepts that are already out there, the strength of this lies in the fact that it is more personal. Maybe the user can relate more to the personal anecdotes that Amar Mashta has related here. This is, of course, more of an invitation to grab the more comprehensive version, but the writing style was entertaining enough and if you are bored and could use some Internet Marketing fare, then this might be ideal for a lazy afternoon to read on your mobile device that’s capable of reading PDFs.
Certainly not the best resource out there, but it’s worth a read. And you may want to consider getting the full version, if only to find out what it says. I got intrigued enough to want to find out what the full version says, actually.

A good sampler of the real thing, November 28, 2007
This e-book is basically just a sampler of the actual product, which is the full e-book of The Giveaway Code plus some companion products. But this is quite a good sampler, nevertheless – enough meat in here to give you the basic information on giveaway strategy and enough left out to keep you interested.
The information on how to prepare your members in your giveaway site may be particularly helpful to those who want to try using giveaway as a strategy. The tip on avoiding being labeled as a spammer is particularly important – simple, but can be overlooked even by old-timers in Internet marketing.
That the author, Bradley Smith, shared his personal experiences in giveaway also lends credibility to the e-book’s content.
To make the full version of the e-book more enticing to the reader, though, I suggest the author put the table of contents at the end of the leaked chapter instead of before. Also, a brief write-up on what the reader can expect – and the benefits he/she will get – upon reading the full e-book will make the sales pitch stronger.
