Oh man, I wish there is an easier way to navigate through the contents of this product. While the table of contents is neatly laid out at the beginning, you're going to have to click the 'return to menu' button each time you have to move on to the next section. It's not a deadly error, but it certainly doesn't make this convenient to read. 'Next' and 'previous' buttons will allow the reader to flip through its contents more easily. Some of the stuff here, like the quizzes, are best dealt with when you print them out, since then you can answer them more easily. It also has some interesting stuff in it though, like the usual tips and alternatives to smoking as well as charts that can help you track your progress during your withdrawal period. As a non-smoker, I wouldn't really know if any of these tips would help a smoker quit, but as a simple reader, I'd say this is pretty good, although some sections could still be expanded to include more helpful information.

There is some good information and some useful tools in this eBook. I am not convinced though that there is enough here to stop you from smoking in 7 days, it isn’t that easy, wish it was. It’s worth reading because there may be some helpful suggestions that may aid you in quitting.

Smoking is such a virulent habit that captures men and women everywhere that when they end up gripped in this addiction, it takes sheer iron will to finally pry themselves out of this habit.
I was attracted to this e-book because yes, I had been a victim of my addictions. While I believed that nicotine was making me focused, it was actually making my brain more inefficient because it was running on artificial fuel. This e-book drives home a point that nicotine really is a very virulent chemical.
While the tips to get out of it are run-of-the-mill, just passable and could surely use some more comprehensiveness, I like the presentation of being an .exe file, and the nifty maroon-colored e-book was eye candy.
Very organized, but needs more details and facts. Surely a start, but honestly nothing more than an equivalent of a toy or a children’s book in the self-help literature genre.

Well-written and structured manual, November 11, 2007
This looks like a very solid, well-researched guide for those who want to quit smoking. It not only tells you what you should do to quit smoking but makes you understand WHY you smoke. The short tests here can help you understand yourself better.
Its availability in two formats – document and program – also makes it an easy, convenient read.
And aside from telling you what to do, this e-book also prepares you for the things that may happen while you are trying to quit smoking and what you should do in these situations. This e-book gives a short but very systematic program.
What I am just wary about is that it states it advises proven methods without elaborating how exactly these have been proven. Personally I would like to know the success rate of people who applied the methods here.
Since this e-book helps you understand your motivations for smoking, what I would like to see here is a focus on the end result. What would life be like for you after you quit smoking? If the picture you see is very compelling, then you may have more success in quitting.
