Is it audio - video? If so, what format - .mp3, .avi, .rm, .mov, .mp4??????

I do not know your name, but you wrote a review here stating that you cannot download this file.
I have downloaded this file to see were you said were true, on multiple computers windows and mac. Each time I have done so, it has downloaded properly.
So it's a possibility, that your computer settings maybe the cause of it, so you should be able to download it, if you lower your security settings and or deleting your temporary files.
This is an MP3 audio which means .mp3 file type, this is not a video and yes, there appears to be no other problems and you are the only member to not be able to listen to it so far.
If you have a problem, I can send the file to you, let me know. As long as you are a silver member and if Jeremy hasn't already gotten back to you yet.
Also it would be helpful for you to put your name on the review, since you do not want to be called dear member and you type a response like the one above. |
