It's nice and simple, and the design really is cute (thanks to Site Build It!, apparently), if a bit plain, but what caught my attention is the lack of ads on the front page. Granted, some site owners still waffle about inserting ads in pages, but for a content-filled website like this, it makes for a solid resource that would have a lot of people coming in, so it's best to make use of ads just to make some extra income. Thankfully, there are skyscraper ads in the inside pages. Anyway, this has pretty much everything you need to know about writing, so if you need help in this arena, check out this page and you'll find exactly what you're looking for. A lot of the pages are really well-written, a stellar example of practicing what one preaches, I think! Also a good source of information for making websites and promoting and selling books.
