Q. Please tell us a little about your background.
I'm a stay at home Mom who homeschool's my kids. I also happen to be an accountant so finding suitable candidates within the accounting and financial fields is a breeze.

Q. What made you decide to start a website in the field?
To free up my time to stay home and take a personal hand in educating my two children.

Q. What kind of research went into this niche area before building your website?
Not much as it was an extention of our existing business.

My husband, John used a free template an adjusted it to suit our purposes.

Mostly MS Office plus some assorted ftp and design programs.

It showcases positions for which we are seeking candidates as well as adsense and some banners. We are experimenting with some affiliate programs.

Q. How do you collect payments for your products or services?
We invoice our customers directly and receive direct deposits into our bank account.

Classified advertising, SEO and off-line classified ads.

Offline ads.

Q. What is your biggest challenge each month?
Meeting all the deadlines.

Q. What's the biggest mistake you've made since starting your business?
Not spending enough time optimising the site for search and driving traffice to the site by way of traffic exchanges that was a NO-NO for Adsense!

Q. How has your lifestyle changed since you started your online business?
Totally different to the daily grind of going in to the office. Mu husband handles a lot of the day-to-day activities, such as answering emails, interviewing candidates, meeting clients and updating the website. I focus on the kids and debt collection.
