Very helpful information,  October 14, 2007

This website definitely has a lot of interesting information. It seems Natural solutions or Holistic remedies is a big area of health and seems to be growing rapidly, anyone interested in this area will find this site very helpful. It seems to be fairly easy to navigate through. There is something about the layout that seemed unsettling, if it is the colors that are used in the layout or just the way it is set up, it seemed hard to concentrate on the content. I did not notice a contact area, if one has a specific question, it may be difficult to find and answer quickly sorting through all the areas of information.

Information-packed,  October 17, 2007
Reviewer: Lynn Lopez
I tried to sign up to receive the ten free herbal tea remedies promised on the website, but I'm guessing that some part of the site is faulty because I only received a 404 error saying that the thank you page doesn't exist, so this portion would definitely need to be fixed. However, it is a very good thing that this doesn't block any new sign-ups; it's just a problem with the missing page, and your registration will still come in. In fact, I received the brief and interesting sample a few minutes later.

Now the website itself is quite a read. It's not just a mere sales page for the author's product (The package includes a copy of Fad Free! as a bonus. Excellent product, that one.), which happens to be very affordable, but it has several informative articles talking about various health issues.

You'll notice however that there's a link to the sample e-book's download page. I personally would recommend getting rid of this, if the author wishes to build his list by getting sign-ups for the e-book. All in all, the site is pretty reliable, and much more informative than it is at first glance.

Should have been a good sales copy, but…,  October 26, 2007

The opening lines immediately grab attention as they promise you information that you have not heard before and also benefits. The copy as a whole is quite engaging, stating the problem clearly and the solution in a personal but authoritative tone. When the writer gets to the point of introducing the book, he clearly and concisely details all the relevant information in the book. He also offers freebies to catch the web visitor’s interest.

However, what should have been a strong sales copy is weakened by several glaring grammatical errors. Also, the misquote at the beginning – “An apple a day would keep the doctor away” slows down reading. The title of the book and the website itself is redundant. While the writer may want to stress a point, using remedies and solutions hurts more then helps the message.

With regard to formatting, I do not get why “The Ultimate Collection of” in the bonus book is italicized when it is already a different color. The italics here is only distracting when in fact, it is not the highlight of the book title. Also, though the red fonts throughout the website do get attention, it is not quite appropriate for herbs as herbs are supposedly related to calmness and healing.
