Good, solid resource, April 24, 2007
Reviewer: Lynn Lopez
Heart-Attack-Symptoms.com provides information on heart disease, proper diet to avoid heart problems, symptoms, and other illnesses that worsen heart problems, among others. With some major editing, the site shows a lot of promise. The site consists of many sections delving into every possible aspect of heart disease and the layout just needs some polishing to really make it look good.
While the site discusses numerous topics on the matter and its scope is extensive, it has a major flaw: how its English text is written. It has a lot of errors which I'm sure will distract many from the subject and sometimes tend to be ineffective in expressing what it means or really wants to say. A shame, really. It proves to be a very good resource on heart disease, and with an English editor or a better writer, reading what this site has to offer would be a much better experience.

Helpful information, September 16, 2007

This website is full of very useful information on heart attacks and heart disease. Interesting section on how women differ from men in treatment and symptoms. I found the website not as visually appealing as others, and sentence structure in places was clumsy, but the bottom line is, it has some very useful information.

Life-saving information presented well, September 17, 2007

This website offers comprehensive but easy to understand information about heart attack and its symptoms. It discusses specific kinds of heart attack, from mild to severe heart attacks. It also covers the causes of each specific attack and how exactly you can tell if you are having that kind of attack. It also covers the connection of different conditions and factors like high blood pressure and cholesterol to heart attacks. Tips in preventing heart attacks are also given.
Because the author of the website is a doctor, the information here appears authoritative and worth remembering.
The layout is clean and well-planned, except for the menu, which contains too many buttons. To solve this, main categories can be placed in the menus and the choices will be placed as sub-menus. The photo in the homepage does not also fit the subject too well. A little editing for grammar will also make this website more readable.
Overall, though, this website presented the information well.
