Q. Please tell us a little about your background.
Me and my wife live in Germany and have two wonderful girls 3 and 6 years old. I'm coder since 1982 and network specialist.
Q. What made you decide to start a website in the field?
I'm intersted in website design and coding and I test Google Adsense with this site.
Q. What kind of research went into this niche area before building your website?
Not so deep. I buy the books with private label rights.
Q. How did you design and build your website?
As I be a coder I build the sites with Microsoft write and a little bit Frontpage.
Q. What software do you use to run your business?
Only Microsoft Tools because I'm a Microsoft MCP in 2000 and 2003 Server and Small Business specialist.
Q. How does your website generate income?
We sell books and services like instalation and website building. A great part of our income is Google Adsense.
Q. How do you collect payments for your products or services?
Because we live in Germany we only accepts payment with PayPal. This is the shortest and easiest way for us and the buyers. 5% orders with money in a letter.
Q. What promotion methods do you use?
Google, Yahoo, Ebay and Offline Marketing.
Q. Which method has proven to give you the best sales results?
After we make a sale over Ebay we make the best sales with our follow up emails.
Q. Which method of traffic generation has proven to be the best for you?
Only Google.
Q. What is your biggest challenge each month?
I have a strong business plan and I work hard to hit the goals as soon as possible.
Q. What's the biggest mistake you've made since starting your business?
I think 5 years Ebay is bad and makes the business down. That's a big mistake! I sell older programs in Ebay and use the contacts to sell my higher valued items direct to the Ebay buyers.
Q. How has your lifestyle changed since you started your online business?
I like to shopping online and waiting for UPS.

Nothing in this world is so good as the PayPal mail which says "You catch the money".
