Worth a visit, May 13, 2007

This website gives a lot of great information on making exercise fun for the whole family, and it's really stuffed with helpful articles, too. Even sports and video games (yes, video games) are discussed to really help you get an idea what kind of exercise kids might like. It also offers free charts and downloads to help you keep track of your children's fitness.
There are enough things to see and do on this website, and combined with the organized layout, the good content, and all the nifty ideas you can find here, I don't think there is much I could find to complain about this website. The products they recommend can also be found in their own online store, so you don't have to hunt all over for them. I only wish the website's blog would be updated. It would be an even better source of information on the topic that way.

Fun and informative, October 12, 2007

This looks like a fun website. The color scheme and the photos show that indeed, this is a website for kids’ exercises. The layout is also very well-done, enabling easy browsing and reading. The ads are strategically placed, looking like they belong here.
The content is also quite tight, dealing mostly with kids and their fitness, though there is some equipment for adults as well. The articles in the article section are all informative yet written in a light, easy-to-read style. There are well-taken photos for all the exercise equipment in the website.
The resources here, like the free weight and activity charts and the program for computing body mass index, look helpful.
As the website is mostly about fitness equipment, though, putting more articles about this would make the website more informative. As it is, the articles are mostly about health and nutrition, with only some on fitness.
All in all, though, this website is worth a visit.
