Very interesting website. Having been to Baker City, Oregon recently, I was very interested in the information about mining and panning for gold. And having once lived in the country, the pages about using hydro-electric power for small installations was very interesting.
However, I am unsure of what the website is about. Is it about a ranch? or gold mining? or small hydroelectric plants?
I would recommend creating three separate web sites, each dealing specifically with each of these topics. Your traffic would be more targeted.
And the navigation at the top of each page is a little confusing. There are tabs, and under it above Google add links, are text links. I would recommend using navigation links on the side, or do something to make navigation very clear.
No mystery meat navigation!
I think you've got the start of not one but three great websites here! Good luck.
