Q. Please tell us a little about your background.
I have been involved with the internet for a number of years and did own our own internet service for 4 years. I have developed a number of websites both business and personal.

Q. What made you decide to start a website in the field?
I previously utilized a software program for recording peoples valuables for insurance purposes and was looking for a more aesthetically pleasing presentation and discovered the DeakTopAuthor software.

Q. What kind of research went into this niche area before building your website?
I did a lot of searching for this particular type of software and believe that in the future there will be a great demand for eBooks and I am able to produce these with the feel of reading an actual book.

I spent many hours designing the website and from it's original concept there have been numerous changes and enhancements.

The core software is DekTopAuthor.

By producing 3d digital catalogues/eBooks etc. for businesses, services or individuals.

Q. How do you collect payments for your products or services?
They can pay by direct bank account deposit, PayPal or Credit Card.

Q. What promotion methods do you use?
Approaching businesses direct, using Search Engines and http://www.ebrochures.com where a number of my example 3d Catalogues can be found.

I have done quite a bit in promoting the site to search engines and it ranks the #1 position in Google if you search for 3d Digital Catalogues.

Q. Which method has proven to give you the best sales results?
Direct contact with busineses.

Q. Which method of traffic generation has proven to be the best for you?
Search engines, ebrochures.com.

Q. What is your biggest challenge each month?
Obtaining new clients.

Q. What's the biggest mistake you've made since starting your business?
That I didn't find this software earlier:)

Q. How has your lifestyle changed since you started your online business?
No.... I still have my day job but the business is starting to develop and I would say in 12 months time there will be changes to my lifestyle.
