I am a 59 year old simi retired general mechanic, and an all around good guy. I retired out of the US Air Force after 20 years. I have since started working towards retiring from working 21 years in the Corporate world.

I have low traffic, working on getting my site into as many 2nd Tier directories as possible

Q. What would you say to someone looking to start a website in the same niche as you?
Go for it, be ready to do things that you would normally delegate. Beware that it is not a 8 to 5 job, somedays it is 12 - 18 hours, somedays it is a couple of hours. If you build your site right you can leave it on it's own for a couple of weeks and it will keep on working. I am working towards a completely automated site.
