I found this site was a bit diffficult to follow.
there did not seem to be too much continuity in the content. The content was good, but did not seem to flow properly. Maybe a little tweaking would make a big difference.

For anyone who wants to lead a holistic, healthy lifestyle, this website is for you. The e-course here is quite informative. At first, I thought it was all basic health information – nothing new – but I learned some new things here like the fitness triangle. I just wish there were illustrations for the exercises. But overall, the content here is quite good.
I like the overall look of the website – it is indeed a health website. My only issue is the combination of big photos of fruits and small photos of people exercising on top. I do not know it is just me, but it is a bit off-putting.
I like the diagram illustrating balanced health – it does summarize everything. The webmaster needs to make it a bit bigger, though, as I believe this is the main point.
As the course is quite long, I suggest that the webmaster put an index or table of contents here. People who want to go directly to the specialized information and skip through the general health information would also appreciate this.
