Review Title: Good hamster care site |
| Date Reviewed: March 20, 2007 |
| Reviewer: Lynn Lopez |
I love hamsters, so this website naturally drew me in. It has a clean and simply layout and the contents are clearly laid out. It also provides some really useful information on hamster care, so for anyone thinking about buying hamsters, this would be a good site to visit. You might also find the hamster pictures quite endearing, and they come with some nice and clever captions too.
It would be a lot better if the site focused more on dwarf hamsters, though, or at least contained some tidbits about dwarf hamsters. The contents sound more like they're appropriate for all types of hamsters. Different kinds of hamsters require different ways of handling and care because they have different temperaments, and it would be a good idea for this site to highlight dwarf hamsters, as it promised on the main page, rather than just containing general information. For example, it can address the characteristics of dwarf hamsters, habits, or even a bit of their history. |

Review Title: Needs more original content |

I like simple-looking sites with understated designs, and Sheet Music For Songs's look suits me fine. The site's main content includes information on music organizations, different kinds of sheet music, and why they're used. I didn't like the way different sections of the site open in a pop-up windows, but as it turned out, the rest of the site's contents come from MusicNotes.com, from the blog to the actual sheet music itself. Kind of deceiving, because I assumed Sheet Music For Songs offered its own sheet music.
To actually view the sheet music on Music Notes, you're going to have to download a sheet viewer, which I was apprehensive about at first. Who knows if such software installations are legit? You can't be too careful. Luckily, the sheet viewer worked fine, but it also has a feature which enables you to listen to the music. That requires another download of the plugin, which I thought was too much.
So I wasn't entirely happy with the site because I think there should be more original content. Maybe it would help if it provided its own sheet music and didn't just link to the content on Music Notes. |

Clicking the www.satravelling.co.za URL takes you directly to SafariNow.com, a travel website which helps facilitate reservations and bookings. Layout-wise, it has a very professional look, and everything is neatly organized which is a big help for anyone hoping to make travel plans to South Africa. It has information on ten different cities in South Africa, good package deals, and details on local activities, attractions, and accommodations, which are basically anything every tourist would like to see. You can also find information on rental cars and tours. Owners of establishments in the country can also register on the site to be included in their database.
Football fans will also be thrilled to read up on the 10 stadiums chosen for the 2010 FIFA World Cup which will be held in South Africa. By the way, it's not just restricted to South Africa, but also gives details on travelling to Mozambique and Namibia. Overall, the site is a credible travel resource and is a big help for tourists. |

As a big pizza fan, I have to say I like Pizza Therapy, but I really wish they get some help to do something about this site's layout, which is dated and pretty disorganized. It's not the neatest website you could ever see.
But layout issues aside, this is a very fun website to look through. It has plenty of tasty recipes that will leave you craving for pizza, but it also has recipes for other Italian fare. It's filled with tips on making the perfect pizza, which I'm sure many people would be interested in trying out, and contains information on good ingredients to use. It also shares a message board with its sister site Pastatherapy.com, and it's clearly a haven for pizza and pasta addicts.
I particularly like how the website owner's enthusiasm for pizza really shows in its contents. What it offers for its visitors is more than adequate, so it would be even nicer if the design was improved. |

Simply put, it's stuffed with advice for anyone who wants to make a career change. You can learn about writing a resume that will let you embark on a new career path, psyching yourself for something new, overcoming uncertainties, and learning new skills. It also has networking tips and recommendations on how you can determine which new career path you'll be following. On those points, I recommend this site.
Now for the cons:
Vertical scrolling down a lengthy page is pretty tedious. From what I remember, it's always advisable to be able to look at a website's main page in a couple of scrolls. The table of contents could be rearranged to avoid lengthy scrolling.
I was excited to look at the "Career Blogs" section and as it turns out, it's not really a collection of blogs, but seems more like a collection of articles on the subjects that the site promised to discuss. It would be good to have an actual working blog here and instead of separating each topic into a new blog, why not go with a blogging platform that allows one to categorize posts?
Overall, it needs a bit of work, but it shows promise. |

Simply put, it's an all-around acne guide, so if you've got a severe case of acne, consider this a godsend. It has an astounding number of acne-related articles and I can't imagine that any acne problem you have won't be solved by any of them. As of this writing, going to the URL immediately puts you smack in an article about benzoyl peroxide and its effectiveness in acne treatment. It would have been nice to have landed on a main page that serves as a proper introduction to the site, its purpose, and its contents.
The sidebar contains the full list of acne articles, and it's an impressive number. It discusses everything from treatment to adult acne, and even how acne scars can serve as a reminder of one's bad skin days. Not all of the articles are well-written, by the way, but nevertheless they still make for some pretty helpful sources. |

I personally wouldn't hire The Write Touch 4 U to handle all my copywriting needs, particularly because their website copy has quite a number of errors. It's not a promising sign at all. The company also offers its portfolio on the website, but I'm not too pleased with it, because you have to view the writing samples in Word, text, or PDF formats. Some of the texts are done a lot better than the copy on the website itself, so perhaps the services offered may be a lot more promising.
Layout-wise, it's very simple and easy to navigate, although due to the Google ads at the left sidebar, there's a large amount of black space at the bottom of the page, so this would need fixing. I also don't agree with the choice of font. Lucida Handwriting is never good on a website, and white text against a black background causes a fair bit of eye strain. With a redesign and a rewrite, this site would be very good. |

| Tango Design is all done up in girly colors: purple, magenta, you know the type. That's because they make wedding invitations, and other wedding-related items as well like titanium wedding rings. The website itself is pretty organized, doesn't have the best design, but it's pretty functional anyway. The content is neatly arranged and it's easy to see exactly where you want to go. The website also has an online ordering facility which lets customers pay for products using Paypal and it seems like an easy enough setup. It also has an order tracking feature, which is an extremely necessary addition. It would probably be a lot more helpful if photographs of the products were also shown on the main order page itself, just to make it easy. It's a good thing that the product information page also contains pictures and an ordering form. Its design doesn't make it look like a sleek and professional website, but its functionality seems to be pretty solid. |

I like clean-looking sites like this, so this one's look already gets a thumbs-up from me. Hobbyists and bird enthusiasts just starting out will find AttractWildBirds.com a great help, and even those with no background in this will find it an interesting site, if only for the tidbits about attracting birds. The person behind this website seems to have a real passion for the hobby, given the evidently excited writing and the personal points of view, so that's a good thing. It keeps the content from being stale, because the creator is eager to learn as much as possible about it.
The bird feeder topic also has its own section, which is mainly a blog about bird houses, care, and other related matters. Its online store, which works more like an auction, is also laid out simply. A fine site, all in all, but definitely one that targets bird enthusiasts. |

The Puddyshop is basically a portal to different sites and sections with content covering various topics. I'd like to see the main page itself look more organized instead of just having all the various sections and links thrown together haphazardly. It doesn't have to look super-stylish or something, a little organizing would do the trick. The 'About Us' section could also use a little more extra information other than saying "A site for publishing articles to help you gte more recongition for your works and your websites." I'm sure visitors would like to know more about it and who are the people behind it.
Otherwise, the topics, from food to humor, Internet marketing, and health matters, are pretty widely covered by its sections. Some articles appear to be misfiled though, because you can find a few Internet marketing articles in the humor and the health sections, and even financial advice in the health portion. |

Gymskinz is a pretty good-looking site. Its sections are neatly divided and you won't find ads and banners screaming at you. Obviously, it's an e-commerce site and it sells apparel specifically targeting people who take part in triathlons. A bunch of the shirts are humorous, although admittedly, some of the jokes might probably only be understood by triathletes. They're pretty clever and fun, though, and some might just be appropriate even for non-triathletes. I myself had a fun time looking through their product catalogue and I'm actually looking forward to seeing the upcoming "Nerdskinz" collection.
It also contains links to triathlon guides around the Web, which some people keen on getting started on training might find interesting. I was hoping the resource guide was actual original content by Gymskinz, though. Overall, there's not a lot of things you could find to complain about this site. It's a straightforward shopping site, nothing more. |

I thought the name 'Silk Road Consultants' was pretty, so I had to take a look at it. Obviously, it had something to do with China, and as a matter of fact, the group provides travel information for people who want to visit China.
Digging through the site's contents was fun. I like the travel advice given here, because they're all well-written and informative, but my main issue is: I thought they were focusing on China? The main page text said so. Then for some reason, some of the sections veer off into discussing, for example, horseback riding in Africa and travel and tourism in Sierra Leone. Doesn't seem very China-focused now, does it?
Then there are also sections for the Americas and for European travel. What's going on here? If they said they were "making a focus on China" then that's what they should have done here. If not, they should have said they provide travel information for different countries across the globe. As it turns out, "China Focus" is but a small section in the site, and the contents don't seem all that different from what the other sections have to offer. |

SaveMyGas.com promotes a book entitled "How To Keep More Cash In Your Pocket At The Gas Pump," but the site itself contains actual content and not just promotional texts. It talks about why fuel prices change rapidly (a very informative section, in my opinion), provides a comparison between gasoline and diesel, and also has downloadable PDF files of fuel economy guides. It also adds extra information on hybrid vehicles and ethanol, both of which are really making waves nowadays thanks to greater environmental awareness. These sections are well-written and everything's clearly explained. Design-wise, it has a simple look, and is a rarity in sites nowadays in that it isn't splattered with Google Ads all over the place.
One thing I found annoying is how clicking a link in the navigation menu would open a new window, and other navigation links clicked would also load in that other window. I find this annoying because it all could have just loaded in one window without any trouble. |

I had no idea what hairwraps or hairbraids are when I went to this site, and I still ended up not knowing about it when I exited. I only looked it up elsewhere to find out what they are. It might be a good idea to have a section in the site explaining what they are, for those of us who don't know what it is. Of course, if it aims to draw in people who already know about them, it would help to give some extra factoids about hairwraps/braids.
Design-wise, this site could use some help. The alignment of images and texts, for example, need fixing, and even the text needs to be redone. I viewed this in Firefox, and it looks like a lot of the text is cut off by the table. The shopping cart page is nonexistent, which would have been troublesome, but it's a good thing that the product page has an 'add to shopping cart' option which appears to work. Overall, this site can still be improved a lot. |

First, the layout: it's very clean and simple, but I'm not too sure about the size of the text. It's too small and many would probably complain that it's unreadable. The content in the main page is centered, but if you check out a few of the other sections of the site, the table is bumped to the right, so this needs some fixing. I viewed in both IE and Firefox and the site exhibited the same design problem.
The content: it's basically a job recruitment site, and it clearly describes its services. I thought it would have a substantial listing of available jobs, but unfortunately, it doesn't, and the database was last updated in January. It's not very promising in that respect. It also has a Career Advice section, and hopefully they can expand this in the future.
It still looks like a fairly new site, having been launched in January, but with the pace people usually take in developing sites and producing content nowadays, I'd have expected this to offer a lot more. It would also be a good idea to get some programmers on board and improve the functionality of the site. |

This is a very fun site to look through, if you enjoy this sort of thing. The person behind this site clearly has a passion for motion picture special effects and explains everything in great detail. It's probably best for people who can understand the terms used, but really, it's not bad at all for people who have little knowledge about these things.
Curiously, the site also provides a list of schools and universities. I'm not sure if all of them offer courses related to filmmaking and computer-generated special effects, though. It would be nice if there was a note mentioning this.
I can see it working best as a blog containing regular updates on the industry and the technology and equipment being used to make movie magic possible. It has a news section (last updated in February as of this writing), but it would be much more in its favor if it were updated a lot more frequently. |

The site consists of many sections delving into every possible aspect of heart disease and the layout just needs some polishing to really make it look good.
While the site discusses numerous topics on the matter and its scope is extensive, it has a major flaw: how its English text is written. It has a lot of errors which I'm sure will distract many from the subject and sometimes tend to be ineffective in expressing what it means or really wants to say. A shame, really. It proves to be a very good resource on heart disease, and with an English editor or a better writer, reading what this site has to offer would be a much better experience. |

Sure, it's placed at the left portion of the page, but each link takes you to the relevant page and when you look at it, the sidebar contains new content. Related to the topic on the page yes, but it's best for this to contain the common links throughout the entire site and put the topic's relevant links in a different section. Even the links in the top navigation bar change. The sitemap won't be of much help to visitors who want to see an organized division of the content, because it only lists down all the topics covered in the site.
Each article offers readers a way to get its permanent link or to bookmark it, but the link doesn't really do anything except redirect you to the same page. |

This offers limited information on Christian living and provides more by way of products. It would be interesting to see the content grow in the future, since the author/site creator raises some pretty interesting points in the few articles this site contains. The Bible Studies and the Christian Articles section do need more information in them if this site hopes to pull in Christian visitors. PrayAndWalk.com also has a Wordpress blog. This blog could be utilized to further discuss faith and religious matters, but it was only launched in April, so let's give more time for content to appear in this section.
The layout of the site can still be improved in order to be more attractive to people, and the site owners might find it in their favor to add some relevant ads as another way to earn from this website, if that's one of their goals. Perhaps an e-book would also be a nice marketing tool, especially if they have a lot to say about faith. |

They're nothing extraordinary, but they do have very useful information. I can see this getting a lot more attention if it contained a regularly-updated blog which would talk about home businesses, career change for older people, as well as any news related to that topic, that way the content is always new. It's a pretty pleasing source of information on this topic, I believe, and the people behind this website would do well to keep the articles updated. I would also like to see how they will monetize the site and how they'll promote it--perhaps a free e-book is in order, so people can get a taste of the tips they have to offer here. |

It also has a couple of other sections, such as the page promoting all of their e-books about health (and surprisingly, the copy for these products are not screaming for people to hurry up and make a purchase) as well as an invitation to register for a newsletter and a few links. I have to wonder why they haven't come up with an e-book on exercise, though. This site also features a blog, which unfortunately was last updated on April 15th this year. Too bad it hasn't been updated, because it could have been a pretty nice blog as well, since it has well-placed ads and a good number of interesting posts. It's not a bad website, but it's not a particularly good one either, and it definitely needs to have a lot more content to pull in the visitors and some earnings as well. |

Review Title: Has a long way to go |
| Date Reviewed: May 19, 2007 |

| This website offers quite a lot of resources for parents pushing for special education needs for their disabled child. It is also very neatly designed...which is the impression you will get when you take your first look at the site's main page. Once you get into the rest of the pages, you will find that there's not much of a website there, since the design aspect just flew out of the window. That's not to say that this totally fails as a website. It still contains useful information, but text and ads on pure white space, without being laid out like a proper website, can be a bit off-putting. Hopefully, the people behind this site will get to work on fixing the design of each page. Ads would also be a great help in monetizing this, and perhaps even RSS feeds of related topics just to keep the content fresh. |

Review Title: Interesting |

Being a big fan of English, words, grammar, and spelling, I have to admit that I really love this site. It has a lot of fun and quirky trivia on homophones and homonyms, and the English language itself, even. It's probably not going to be of much interest to those people with no fondness for this topic, but language and word buffs will have a fun time here.
The site also promotes the creator's e-book dealing with the same topics as well, and you can easily see the link to the sales page at the top of the main page. From what one can see of the website's contents, it looks like this is going to be an interesting e-book to read. I also think the design needs to be livened up a little just to make it a lot more attractive to look at. More strategically placed ads would also be a great help. |

| It doesn't have the most sophisticated design, but it looks good anyway, and besides, the sections are arranged well, so that is a pretty helpful thing for visitors to this site. Golf is a pretty big thing for a lot of people, and I really think this website addressed every single topic pertaining to golf, so there's no doubt that hardcore golf enthusiasts will have a blast looking through this one. It talks about the game itself, golf clubs and drivers, the right shoes, exercises, tips, golf vacations--you name it. One thing I think it really should consider having is a message board so golf fans and players from all over can get together, swap information on the game, and possibly meet up and make friends. That would indeed be a great traffic booster, and with most of the ads specifically mentioning golf-related things, a big money-maker as well. |

| Reviewer: Lynn Lopez |
| At first glance, you may get the impression that this page is just a sales page for the main product, which is an e-book on taking care of bonsai trees. But you will find that scrolling to the very bottom of the page will show you links to the other section of the website, though, and this section contains a mine of information on bonsai care. If this section is meant to be a sampler of what you can expect from the e-book being promoted on the main page, you are going to be very disappointed. It purports to be a list of articles discussing different aspects of bonsai care, from art, gardening itself, and seeds, among a bunch of different subjects. It turns out that each HTML page just shows the same text, over and over and over. The creator should do his or her potential customers a favor and really produce some nice articles on the topic, just to show off a bit of know-how. Even a few well-written ones will do. |

| This site looks very neat and organized, and the content is nicely written as well. It has quite a lot of articles talking about every aspect of cholesterol and this would be very helpful for those with concerns in this area, and best of all, the articles are pretty good as well. It might be nice if it also featured regular updates and perhaps even some medical news and food trends that have impact on cholesterol. I think it could use a lot of improvement in the design area, though, just to make this more of an attractive site to visit. Regular updates would also help a lot, as well as a message board wherein readers and visitors could congregate and discuss health issues. That would really shoot site traffic way up. It is a pretty promising website, although of course, changes are still in order to really make this stand out from other health websites out there. |

This is a very cute website! Drop by for a while and see for yourself how it looks. I have a bit of issue with this site though because while it says on some pages that "You are now on a secure webpage," my browser says otherwise, and pops up with a warning that the pages may have unauthenticated content. It makes me think that it's so easy for some sites to have a badge claiming to be safe while not actually BEING safe and secure. It won't be good for this site's credibility if this is indeed the case, so I hope it really IS a secure site.
Before I visited the site, I thought the name Home and Family would also mean the site includes a range of products for the house, like furniture or something, but it actually focuses more on educational toys, baby products, and other items for children. They don't have a totally massive product catalogue, but it offers a pretty adequate collection, nonetheless. |

Review Title: Could do more than just promote e-books |
| Date Reviewed: May 19, 2007 |
| Reviewer: Lynn Lopez |
Expect to get a lot of information on relevant e-books here, not just on one's physical well-being, but also on skin care (acne, specifically) and even emotional health. This site basically promotes the author's e-books, nothing more, so I would recommend putting in a couple of articles in each section just to show visitors a sample of what they can expect from the e-books, if they're interested in purchasing any, and the articles should reflect the quality of the e-book's contents. The website can be so much more than a simple promotional tool for the e-books.
I must say that the introductions to each e-book amuses me a bit, because they're sometimes written in a dramatic way, like the one about cholesterol and obesity. That's a different way of garnering attention for each product, though, so I suppose it's fine, plus they can reflect personal experiences, which could pull in the people who can relate to each anecdote. |

| I had a look at this site about a month ago out of sheer curiosity. I had no idea the buying and selling hay would even garner interest from people, so I was pretty intrigued by it, but apparently it does. It has a very organized bidding process and it also clearly talks about how it works, as well as some very clear guidelines members should follow when taking part in the auctions. This is indeed a website/forum/online auction targeting only a very specific audience and may even be a bit of a risky endeavor in that respect, but it already has over 600 members, so the site owner must know something I don't :) I know nothing about hay, but I can say that this a pretty great tool for people who need help in this field. I'm actually looking forward to seeing each of the categories filled up. |

| This is an excellent site! Not only is it nicely designed, but all of the sections are complete, not a broken image or link in sight. It also subtly promotes the author's books, which is a pretty refreshing change. Fitness buffs and people who are interested in making the move towards being physically fit will find this a very good site to bookmark and regularly visit. Now all this needs is some really heavy promotion, perhaps a place for people to interact as well, and some strategically positioned ads and it's all set. Perhaps a blog would be really good as well, one that not only focuses on fitness and healthy eating, but would also give readers some insight on who Valerie Slaughter is, just to make it a lot more personal and interactive, and perhaps to even build a good readership. Definitely a must-bookmark, and I hope it will be regularly updated because this is really a promising website. |

| Layout needs work--a lot of work, because it's very poorly designed. The way I see it in Mozilla Firefox, I have to scroll down quite a bit before getting to the actual content of the website. Many of the sections appear to be haphazardly slapped together, making the site very hard to navigate. Anyway, it doesn't have a whole lot of original content, which is what I think some people would like to see since it established the website owner's credibility on the subject. Rather, it contains a lot of links to outside sources as well as relevant products. Overall, I'd say the owner may still have a ways to go when it comes to marketing in this niche. He could also do well to hire a good designer to seriously spruce up the website or maybe even get some writers to produce great articles on this promising subject. |

| I like the nice and humble approach of the website's text. Instead of proclaiming that she's the world's best-ever copywriter you could ever hope to hire, the site owner and writer admits that she isn't, but does proudly proclaim that she has a way with words. That's a different way of going about things. The layout leaves much to be desired while the content itself probably just needs a bit of fixing up. I would also personally like to see some writing samples and a portfolio of the site owner/writer, just to build a little more confidence in her skills. Still, she made use of testimonials to prove her mettle as a writer, so that's a smart move. Overall, it's not the best-looking site you could ever hope to see, but it's simple and more organized than most, and the text is a bit engaging too. Not a bad effort. |

Oh, thank goodness this has a regularly updated blog. Of course, the site looks like it's still quite new, so perhaps the owner still makes it a point to post, but I hope he'll keep up with the blog posting, because the content is top notch. Perhaps some heavier promotion is in order, just to get more traffic and comments pouring in.
As for the site's look, it's very nice. It's easy on the eyes and the colors are mild, plus the ads are all neatly situated on one side so they're not cluttering the entire site. The site's sections are nothing to sneeze at either. The tips and the articles are well-written and you can definitely say this is a good source of information on dog breeds and care. The information on dog breeds in particular is stellar because of the detail. Thumbs up. You will definitely enjoy looking through this site. |

This site promises an ethical and white-hat way to boost your site's rankings with search engine optimization. Its service details and descriptions are clear enough that you will unmistakably know exactly what they are all about.
Layout-wise, this is very plain and clean, but still highly attractive. The navigation menu is obvious and you'll definitely be able to quickly find what you're looking for. It also plays host to a lot of great content and articles to help you out and they will also build your confidence in the person or company behind this website. The site's e-book is also discreetly advertised where appropriate. As for ads, this site makes minimal use of them, which is a shame because since this is a good quality site, it can attract a lot of clicks and earnings.
Overall a very good site, just in need of a few tweaks here and there. |

The design is simple, refreshing, and quite neat. As for the content, it will leave you in no doubt that the person behind this site knows his stuff, given the amount of information about boxer dogs. This is really a very good website for people owning dogs or those who are interested in getting a boxer as a pet. The information is quite complete plus the layout makes it all very readable.
The site owner also understands the importance of good pictures when it comes to websites, so this contains a lot of interesting photographs. Great resource, great design, great content. Even if you don't have a dog or have no plans to get one, this can still be an interesting website for you to browse through. Especially with the trivia page, which is a fun little touch.
It would be nice if some of the sections were automated though and if it also contained ads for a little extra money. |

| First of all, the layout: it looks almost professional, and the colors, though the palette contains dark red, are still pretty subdued and muted. It also contains a great number of health and fitness-related articles which are all very well-written and helpful. It's also extremely easy to navigate through this website, and everything is categorized properly. Definitely a good-looking website AND also a very good place to go to if you need some information on health and fitness. I imagine this would be a lot better though if it took the opportunity to make a little extra cash with ads. Since it's a good enough website with plenty to offer, I don't think it will be difficult for it to rake in some earnings. Here's hoping that this site will be updated a lot more frequently. It looks very promising that it will be a shame if it's just left out there. |

An instant minus: the message board doesn't work. The plus: pretty much a lot of other things. The layout is very neat and clean, and stark-white, so for the latter, I would suggest a bit of color is needed. I also think the portions of the layout need to be organized some more.
The contents and links are plentiful and they're all bound to keep you busy throughout your visit. Interestingly, when you scroll to the very end of the list of articles in the article page, there's a form you can fill out if you want to submit the article. I haven't tried it, but I hope it works. I personally find form submissions to be very easy and convenient.
The site's a nice treat overall and even if you're not part of the target market of this site, you can still find this interesting and informative. Well done. |

The verdict: an interesting website, and an equally interesting subject. This one has a very simple and somber design. The layout makes everything simple to navigate through and all the sections are well-organized. I have to say this is pretty unique though, and looking through the website alone should satisfy anyone's curiosity. After all, it's not everyday that everyone encounters something like a fighting priest.
You can get a good glimpse of the featured priest's life, family, and work by just going around the website. Not only will you learn a great deal about his personal life, but you can also read up on his interests, hobbies, and his vocation. I wouldn't call him a conventional topic for a website, but that indeed makes the site very unique. It's bound to be a very intriguing site to visit for everybody, so I think this is really worth a look. Thumbs up. |

The layout is very simple, nothing spectacular, more template-like than anything else, really. To give this a bit of attitude, a redesign would be really nice. All the pages of this site are also very rich in ads, but at least they're positioned in such a way that you won't think that they're the main highlights of each section.
The navigation menu is also far too long and disorganized. It would be nice if the sections of this website were kept to a minimum and several parts were combined in one umbrella category.
One of the main positive points about this website is the rich amount of resources and articles it offers its visitors. But what's much more important than that is that these articles are well-written and definitely of good quality. The contents of this site will surely be attractive to a lot of people who need some information on automobiles. |

| This site carries a lot of products, all of which are widely promoted all throughout the website. The design is very simple and makes it very easy for visitors to get around its different sections, though indeed its appearance could stand to be improved much more. It does a great job of showcasing samples of the author's/creator's works to give you an idea about the qualities of the products up for sale. It also gives away freebies, which are samples of his storybooks. A very good move to entice visitors into coming back, especially if his stuff is exceptional. People interested in becoming an affiliate can also find it easy to do so, since this site has a special page that explains everything about the affiliate program. You might find this to be a good multimedia site as well, since it also makes use of videos as a way to showcase the content. All in all, it fulfills its duty as a promotional site. |

I like the white and blue colors of this site, it makes everything look so clean. The layout is also pretty simple and makes the site easy to navigate, with all the sections neatly divided.
Anyway, WhatAreDiamonds.com focuses mainly on diamonds with the purpose of helping guests to the site learn more about picking a good engagement ring. If you take the website content as it is, you would think that it's all very well-written and very smart. I did a bit of checking over Google however and found that most of the texts here are really quite similar to a bunch of other diamond websites out there, which definitely doesn't help in making this site original. You would have to check all the different pages to find this out, though. Perhaps the site owner could have hired a ghostwriter to at least rewrite the content being used here just to make it more different from other diamond websites. |
