The site looks good. That's a first impression. But when I find a site that comes from some authority, such as health, I'd like to know who's presenting it because advice is being handed out that pertains to ME and my well-being.
The "about" tab gives us this basic info. I'd suggest that it be tabbed at the top too.
You might want to have a purpose statement too on your home page. What's your goal for your subscribers? What do you want them to experience overall by not just one, but many visits to the site.
A sign up form on the home page would be good to have. You should be capturing as many names and email addresses as you can. You can then notify them of new posts, products, recommendations, etc.
There's a "store" tab but no products or services. If you have recommendations for your own or other people's products, this is the place to list them. If you don't have your own, try Clickbank.com or CJ.com . Both are middlemen for other people's products.
Clickbank is digital only while CJ.com has a wide variety, including hard products for shipping. In most cases the company handles all shipping and you gain a referral commission for your recommendation.
Of course, when recommending other products, they should be from trusted sources or you've tried the products.
My quick glance though your content showed that you have depth and articles that would be interesting to various segments of the healthy lifestyle market.
If your goal is to also create income, you have an abundance of unrealized opportunities here.
