Having the Color Slider as one of the more reliable tools in your color-and-design critical web site design projects already cuts your research and development time in half, allowing you to use your time more creatively for more eye-catching and head turning graphics and design projects.
It's a very useful tool to help you come up and define suitable color theme, which you can also export to Photoshop or Illustrator files! A handy tool to conquer those time wasting color blocks.
Note: This software requires .Net framework to be installed in your computer. Note that WinXP has it installed by default.

If you're stuck for color schemes to use for your website, you may hope to find a nice little helper in this one. Color Slider is pretty easy to install, although for a while I had absolutely no idea how this product works. It could just be me, but it's not a very user-friendly interface, and you would definitely be wondering what's going on with all the color swatches on top. From what I can see, the first color is the main color and two that follow are its other hues. It's a bit hard to explain. It also has a number of preset palettes already and features an Export action which I quite honestly can't figure out how to work. It's easy enough to move the slider until you spot your desired color scheme, but this product's interface could have been fixed up more and made to be less confusing.
