In this video, I've picked a mastermind forum member and gave him an in-depth web site critique. How did you like this product? Post your reviews at SureFireWealth.com
The first thing I'd like to compliment is the voice quality. I understood every word spoken in this twenty minute long dissertation. The graphics and illustrations were great as well.
Dan Lok picks on a member's web site and shows exactly what needs to be changed and precisely where those changes need to go.
The evaluations were irksome: This is awful, this is terrible -- and I'm thinking, what is so bad about it? Then Dan would turn the sales message around and suddenly I'm thinking, Yeah, I can see that working a hundred times better. More important than seeing how this member's site could be improved, I could see how my own sales messages could be vastly improved by turning them around.
What hit me the hardest was the simple question, "What is the purpose of any web page?" Dan's answer to that question set my mind churning over all my six thousand pages of web site content and wondering, what ARE my pages supposed to be doing for me?
I firmly believe that anyone involved in sales will benefit immensely from viewing this product. My approval rating is a full five stars.
The one suggestion I have for improving the product is to offer a display of the member's page as Dan would have finished it.

Extreme Website Makeover By Dan Lok
Not that extreme, March 28, 2007
Reviewer: Lynn Lopez
40 MB is a little heavy, but it's a 15-minute video, so that's understandable. The video basically consisted of a review of and recommendations for a certain website. I was expecting that there would also be some layout and design work shown, but it mostly focused on the content. While the speaker has some good tips on how to make a site that sells, there are a number of comments I don't particularly agree with. For example, there was a section which said the website offers free edits for a year. Seems like he didn't fully understand that the resume writing service will deliver the job promptly, and that any edits or additions can be included for free for a period of one year. Also, some of the details which the speaker describes as confusing are actually pretty clear already.
From time to time, the speaker speaks in a loud voice, almost shouting, whenever he's stressing a point, and repeats 'damn' a few times. Not very necessary. So in summary, this makeover video is not that extreme at all.
