OK, this is a newsletter/ezine publisher - but you could also use it for webpages.
Just open the software, fill in the blanks, and you have a newsletter. It's that simple. I created my first one in about 5 minutes. The interface is very easy to use, and well explained. It even includes spaces to insert ads & your adsense code.
You can view the newletter in your browser & go back and edit it before publishing. If you know HTML, save it to your hard drive and edit the code to make it look more like your website.
If you do HTML ezines, or web-based ezines - this is a great program to have.

This one's very easy to install and even easier to use. Don't worry, it won't crowd your computer at all because the program only takes up over 200 KB of space, quite possibly a rarity in most software nowadays, so this alone pleased me already. Interface is very simple. All you have to do is, indeed, fill in the blanks and hit the next button and in just a few minutes you've got an e-newsletter all set to go. You can easily view the results of your, um, hard work by selecting the options after the entire process. You can either see how it looks in the browser or you can also save the HTML file, which is happily editable, so you'll have no trouble customizing the look and content even further. If you mess up, there's always the 'back' button which will let you re-edit your work.
It's the easy option for those who have no clue how to make webpages and design newsletters. For those who already have a considerable level of expertise, this will just allow you to save some time on your work.
