Web 2.0 Revealed By Jeff Dedrick

Top Affiliate Marketer Jeff Dedrick Explains It Well, June 09, 2007 |
| Reviewer: Kosta Efstathiou |
Pros:
Master Resell Rights.
Website and Promotional Tools included.
Cons:
No "Table of Contents." (Clickable to each chapter would be helpful.)
Bottom Line:
Jeff Dedrick is most well known as a "Top Affiliate Marketer." He does a good job of revealing "Web 2.0" and has formatted & monetized this eBook to the hilt.
Good for newbies and "topical" newbies. This is a good product to include as a bonus or tie it into your "LSI/Silo focused" Adsense articles websites.

Good Information but......, April 06, 2007 |

So many adverts and links inside the book.
Jeff is a well known marketer and has provides some good solid information. The sheer volume of links and adverts was just too much. |

You've heard it before..., April 08, 2007 |

Once again we hear about Web 2.0. I just love how marketers will throw out a new "buzz" name to something and try to convince every one else it's something new.
Don't get me wrong, Jeff provides some useful information and links in the book and it's worth a download, but for me it was just more information overload with a new name. I'm guessing that before the end of the year we'll be discussing Web 2.0.1 too.
If your new to IM, then its definately worth a read. If you are no longer the newbie, then you have heard all this before.
To your success...

| This e-book tells you everything you need to know about the breakout Web 2.0 trends and websites that came out in the last couple of years, like social networking sites, video sites, and podcasting. It contains plenty of information on the big Web 2.0 players as well as provides links to the ones that aren't as well-known at the moment. I'd say it's a very useful product to have if you want to venture into this field and to know how other people are maximizing these developments. One thing I noticed in particular is that the author does a superb job of promoting his other works and products throughout the entire e-book as well, making sure that they are relevant to the topics being discussed. I suppose the most annoying parts here are the minor typos. Sure they're very small mistakes to make, but they're still distracting because otherwise the content is really good. |

Good presentation, but a little more info please, February 25, 2008 |
I now fully understand Web 2.0 because of this book. Before I just have some idea, but now I do not only understand it but also its implications on the Internet and on online businesses. The author, Jeff Dedrick, explains the basics of Web 2.0 well and the types of Web 2.0 websites. Of course, he also shows how you can use Web 2.0 to help you in your online business.
The author, particularly goes in-depth on some types of Web 2.0 websites. The best, most comprehensive explanation is on podcasting. Dedrick shows how podcasts can be used for advertising or as a product for sale. His ideas for strategy here are simple but unique.
The e-book is also particularly colorful as there are lots of boxed information as well as the logos of the sample websites. What I would like to see in the listings of websites, though, are brief descriptions so that the reader would have an idea.
Also, though some of the information is quite comprehensive, some needs more. For the explanation on social bookmarking websites, for example, the author just quoted Wikipedia and did not really explain.
