This is probably one of the most detailed guides on affiliate marketing that I've seen. You can basically learn WHY you should have an affiliate program in the first place, what its benefits are, the potential trade-offs, and how you can add value for your affiliates. It also contains information on how you can encourage your affiliates to keep promoting your products, and how you can motivate them to make sure that they really will get out there and make your product known. There's also a summary after each section to help you review what was previously discussed.
I enjoyed all the information this contains, although granted, it may be a little too long, especially when some concepts could just be explained briefly. For a free product, this e-book is actually very good, and I wouldn't hold it against the author if it was ever sold for a nifty price.

This book delves into one of the not-so-discussed but important aspects in online businesses. Having good or no affiliate marketers at all indeed spells a huge difference for your business’ sales volume in the long term.
I cannot agree with the book more when it got to the part explaining that letting your affiliates sell with only 40 percent profit for you does not mean a 60 percent loss for you – in fact, you might never have made that sale in the first place without the affiliate’s effort.
This e-book is really about setting up and using the right leverage for your business. It shows just how important affiliate marketers are, how you can teach them to sell your product and how you can keep them happy so that they stay with you and not move on to selling other people’s products. Indeed, affiliate marketers are a substantial leverage.
My only nitpick with this book is that the summary at the end of each section is a bit too long – it is a summary, after all, and thus should be shorter.
Overall, though, this is a very valuable read. Every online business owner had better read this.
