This book contains a plethora of information that is very helpful. It not only talks about exercise or diet it touches on many subjects. This book is very difficult to navigate through and the content is not real in-depth in areas, at times it seems to just give little tidbits. It would have been easier to keep you in touch with the content if this book would have been laid out in a better format.

Anita, can you expand on how what you found difficult about the navigation? (for improvements to future editions)
The application contains both a dropdown menu and an icon link back to the table of contents on evry page of the ebooks as well as an indepth, illustrated tutorial on how to use the navigation features.
To clarify for other potential users, this book is a .EXE application not a .pdf file ebook which includes media content such as video and audio.

Good content but not well built, July 08, 2008
The main book is .EXE format, it is hard to navigate, actually I cannot open many of the chapters. That's a common for many EXE ebooks. I would suggest author to upgrade to PDF format.
This package also include 5 PDF ebooks for topics of memory improvement, public speech, athlete training, body language, time management, which all provide useful information.
