Not online. Before studying this wonderful 20-page manual I was ignorant of the process of Web hosting backups. Now I'm back-up smart before a fall.
The Insiders Guide ... is a must for all serious webmasters with its simple-to-follow instructions (I did it). Don't leave your online business without it.

good info BUT hardly "NEW for 2009", April 10, 2009

While this product does contain excellent information it has been around for a LONG time and the tools recommended are about 4 years old, which is heaps in IM years.
personally I haven't been able to get the tools recommended to work on my computer set up - I live in hope and will keep trying, as the processes do sound a great way to protect the hard work you put into your website should it crash.
