Very difficult to read due to the missing words and lack of punctuation. Only made it through 3 chapters before getting frustrated with having to reread sentences to plug in missing words. The document is in Word format so it is easy to repair if you really want to use it. I, however, found the ideas presented to be rather simplistic and obvious. Find it hard to believe that anyone who has given it any thought at all, hasn't already thought of these ideas. In short, nothing new.

The title is misleading, this does not tell you how to love yourself, it touches on finding your passion but is so generic it appears to be paragraphs taken from unrelated sources.
