A fun, funny way to start exercising and become fit!, January 02, 2008
Reviewer: Lorie Therese Locara
When I saw that this e-book greeted me when I visited the SFW page again after such a looooong time, I knew it was the Universe speaking to me to get ahold of my life and GET SOME EXERCISE.
The e-book itself did not make me dread exercise. If anything, it actually ENTICED me to get into gear. Today was the acme of my feeling the jitters to get exercise and this manual gave me the extra push to get going.
Packaged in a humorous, amusing way, don’t let this e-book fool you, because it has the chops to back its funny presentation of being or becoming fit.
It has an assessment section, it deals with your attitudes, and has scientific data to back up everything.
If you are looking for a fun way to get off your butt and start exercising, then this would be the right resource for you!

No Fail Fitness is a 30-page e-book that serves as a really good guide to working out. It's fun to read, for one, and there are lots of nice illustrations that provide a quick break from all the text, making the layout look much better. The advice is very sound and the guide is well written. It provides great details about cardio workouts and strength training, and also offers plenty of advice on how you can schedule and pace your exercise. This should answer every question you may have regarding exercise, heart rates, etc. I'd say this is a very nice guide for everyone who has resolved to start getting fit. (And it's very timely too--it's the new year and it's time to make a lot of important, good changes in your life!) I would highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a good exercise guide, but one that doesn't get too serious about the information.

Good read, January 24, 2008
There are already so many fitness books in print and online, and I confess that I thought that this book was just one of those usual, run-of-the mill ones. However, after reading through this one, I must say it is a must-read for those who want to lose weight the SMART way, not the HARD way.
While I already know many of the information in this book, the writer presented it so well that I just kept reading. I especially like the part about the arguments or excuses people like to use to avoid exercising.
The FAQ format of some parts of this book is also a winner. It straightforwardly addresses concerns of the person who would like to exercise.
I also like the style of the author – very conversational and encouraging. It’s like she’s cheering you on towards your goal.
My only complaint with this book is that it could have been edited better. Plus, the sections are a bit confusing as the FAQs are mixed up with title sections.
Other than that, though, this book is a good read.

I was actually downloading this ebook to put inside a membership site, but decided to have a read myself as I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and could do with some help losing a few more pounds.
The Ebook was very well written and easy to read. The writer had a great conversational style that kept you interested and I learned a few very interesting things while reading the book.
Even if you are already doing a lot of exercise this book is worth a read as you will probably learn a thing or two that you didn't know!
