Hmm, I really must confess that this e-book took me a while to understand how its principles could possibly be related to monetization, but any confusion would be cleared up by the section that talks about why it's a great method to use, plus it also satisfied my curiosity as to why the instruction "File this eBook under Monetization" was placed on the cover page. I particularly like how it stresses that information must be properly categorized and filed. I read it a couple of times before finally being able to grasp the concept, so hopefully it will take you just one go to understand :) It's an interesting concept to put forward and I'm not sure how many people are doing this already, but if you're keen in giving this method a try, then you can really get some help from this e-book. Not a bad resource, and if you get a bit lost, it also provides examples on how you can apply this.

too much jargon :p, September 06, 2007
Reviewer: Lorie Therese Locara
I must admit that the information in this e-book is simple, but may prove useful and powerful. The gist is that to maximize the monetization of your website, you can include tips on how to organize information in a “file-it-away” “mind map” method constantly championed by Alex Goodall.
The system is outlined in detail in the e-book, but I must warn you that a cursory glance at things will make you go “huh?” There is, like in his other mind map e-book, much too much of jargon, so if you weren’t paying attention or having an attack of ADD (attention deficit disorder) like me, you’d get lost between the copyright page and page 1.
My advice in reading this e-book and also his other one, the Guide to Organizing Your Internet Marketing Information e-book, is that you have a background on Mind Mapping and Internet Marketing in the first place. Bring a dictionary for the jargon, and a tall cup of coffee for concentration. You’ll need both to survive this.

A sales pitch, but worth considering, December 06, 2007
The author tells you upfront that this is indeed a sales pitch for his product right from the introduction of this report. He argues a pretty convincing case, though – that Internet marketers can indeed suffer from information overload and that his organizing product will help. I wish there were some statistics to back that up, though, although the claim that many Internet marketers have a difficult time organizing information sounds valid.
The “[un]obstrusive, helpful text link” also appears innocuous and looks like good marketing for the author’s product. This looks like a well-disguised affiliate link, in other words.
The author also took the trouble to outline the steps – albeit simple – on how to get and use his product. While this is quite a convincing sales pitch, though, I hope that an updated version of this report with supporting statistics about his customers will be uploaded.
