Christmas Coloring Book for Children By Sharlee Plett
Kids would love this, November 30, 2007
This is a pretty thorough Christmas coloring book ¡V almost everything related to Christmas is here. There are pictures of the Christmas tree, presents, candy canes, snowflakes, gingerbread men, different Christmas decorations, and more. And of course, Santa Claus! For children with Christian upbringing, the pictures of the Church, Madonna and Baby Jesus and the shepherd (although these should have been shepherds ƒº ) are good. Kids would like this.
For the adults who would print this book out, I appreciate that there are instructions on how to do so, especially on the print settings. My only nitpick is that some of the drawings have thicker lines and thus consume more ink, like Kitty Cat Christmas, Smiling Candle and Smiling Candy Cane.
That aside, though, this is a good coloring book. And though this is only intended for printing, I appreciate that the author put effort in laying it out ¡V the introductory and ending pages look very colorful and Christmassy.

It's a coloring book, and you definitely can't get much simpler than that. This e-coloring book contains over 70 pages of fun black-and-white illustrations on pages you can print out and color in. This should be a fun activity book for children especially, or maybe even for your if you're a little bored and don't have anything better to do :D The designs are all simple, but totally Christmassy, such as bells, gifts, a snowman, Christmas trees, and a lot more. By the way, I thought it was also a nice touch for the creator to include printing instructions for this e-book--I'm sure something like this can be difficult to adjust for printing. All in all, this is a lovely product that is perfect for the holidays. You might want to consider printing out several copies and give to kids at your Christmas parties so they can have a coloring contest :)

Kids Loved It!, January 02, 2008
I printed this out for a friend's 3-year-old twins and they loved it! Some of the pages are really complex for 3-year-olds; others, such as the candy cane, are easy for practically any age. They might not be able to "color in the lines" yet, but they were thrilled with these. And it kept them busy for an hour or so at a time over a couple of weeks without tiring of it.
Adults? You're not too old to have fun with this -- I used them as the basis for some craft-type decorations, little "placemats" under clear glass plates for an hors d'oeuvre party, etc.

I would love this myself!, January 04, 2008

I love coloring/crayoning books and drawing with crayons on a blank sheet of paper and even if I had children, I would still print this out for myself. Heheh. I’d give them one copy and I’d keep one for ME to crayon on. Speaking of which, NOW I have the urge to crayon on something!
This coloring e-book has excellently drawn pictures and are actually better than the clip arts I saw with Microsoft Office. Says something about the quality, right?
Bold, clean, lines, beautiful, happy drawings, and just pages upon pages of sheer coloring joy burst forth with this e-book. I almost wish that you can buy physical products and have them in an instant on the Internet, because I surely would have loved a paper copy of this. :)
But as it is I can print this out for me, for the kids around me, and for my future children. Isn’t that neat?
