This comes as a Microsoft Word document, so if the creators of this product didn't intend it to be freely edited and distributed, this can be a bit troubling. It would probably be best to convert this to PDF for easy reading.
Anyway, this is a really easy read and is written more as though it targets US-based people, so anyone outside the US--particularly in countries where obtaining a bachelor's degree is expected of a student--may be a bit baffled by some of the steps and recommendations given here. It also needs a bit of editing, so if you're really nitpicky, you can do it yourself using Microsoft Word. Bits of this e-book are written in a fairly comical way, although I'm not entirely sure how appropriate some of the statements are. Otherwise, it gives plenty of information on things people might want to know before deciding to go to college, and thankfully, it doesn't tell you that you should choose any specific school for further studies.

How To Choose And Get A College Degree By K C
How to choose And Get A College Degree, September 15, 2007
Reviewer: Anita Danger
There are a lot of things to consider when entering a college or furthering your education, I felt
the information was common, and that most of the people going on to school would know a lot of this before getting out of high school, from counselors, and other resources provided by most high schools. Having two children in college I was excited to read and possibly share some insight and new information but was disappointed. It is an easy read and it can't hurt to read it, there maybe some information that is helpful to you.

How To Choose And Get A College Degree By K C
Idiot’s guide to college, December 28, 2007
This report is basically a guide for anyone considering college but do not have an idea of the options or what kind of college degree – not exactly course – suits his or her lifestyle best. What I like about this report is that it tells you what kind of job you can expect when you take a particular degree. This is not all about college, though – graduate degrees are also covered here as well as the advantages of finishing graduate school on top of college.
This is a very brief and basic guide, though. Not all questions may be addressed here. That is why I appreciate the author welcoming questions via e-mail.
One nitpick about this report is that the sections could have been better organized. For example, the issue on deciding your purpose for going to school should be at the start of the report instead of in the middle. Reading it in the middle now threw me off track.
