Kickstart Your Article Writing By Jill Brennan

This e-book is a brief guide to brainstorming for content for your online articles of your own e-books. It's a simple and straightforward guide which basically summarize all the writing and idea-gathering tips in most writing e-books, assuming you've already read many of them. But it also contains tips I haven't read before, such as making use of Wikipedia, Kartoo, and mindmapping methods. It's not a very long read--the entire e-book only spans 17 pages excluding the cover, but don't let this make you think that the topic was only lightly explored. Because of its length, you can expect that everything was discussed in a clear and concise manner. It also uses a specific topic example and shows you how the author was able to conduct research and come up with possible content on the topic, which serves as a useful guide for you if you already have a topic in mind.

Kickstart Your Article Writing By Jill Brennan
Worth reading, December 07, 2007
This is a good e-book for those who do not know where and how to start writing articles. At first I thought it was just like the usual reports and e-books I read about article writing, especially in overcoming writer’s block. However, this one proved to be different.
The author gave very concrete, practical tips to get you started. Illustrations even accompany tips where appropriate. The author also consistently uses one sample topic throughout the e-book. All the tips are useful, but what struck me most was the mind mapping technique, which seems to be an effective way to get your thoughts organized.
And, this e-book is not just about writing articles – it is about writing articles on topics that people really want to read.
And, as a sweet ending to this e-book, the author even recommends a list of resources.
This e-book is indeed a must-read for anyone who wants to write articles that really “sell.”
