This eBook contains many stories of marriages which braved the storm to realize what the marital union should really be about a tie that binds us forever, from where we can gather our strength and from where our dreams can be cradled.
Indeed, if home is where the heart is, then marriage should be the caretaker of our hearts dwelling.
Ties That Bind is more than just a collection of tales, however. It is a work prepared after careful research and hours of consultation with respected people in the field of marriage counseling.

Ties That Bind: Stories Of Marriages That Worked And How We Can Learn From Them By
A practical, engaging and well-written e-book, November 05, 2006
Reviewer: Martin Aranovitch
This is a practical, engaging and well-written 60-page ebook that is divided into three main sections:
In Chapter 1, the book looks at a modern and practical definition of marriage and then presents several brief case studies to illustrate its points. This is good, because rather than being a technical book, it engages the reader and helps people who are going through similar situations to identify.
In Chapter 2, the book lists 5 key ingredients for making a marriage work, and then examines each of these factors in more detail.
In Chapter 3, the book looks at common marital problems and how to deal with them in a kind of "Dear Abby" fashion, i.e. readers bring up a problem that they are experiencing and the author responds in a way designed to give more clarity to possible solutions.
Overall I found this to be a good ebook which can be sold on its own, or used as a bonus in any website dealing with relationships & marriage topics.

I was about to say that this would make a good product if you have a website dealing with marital issues, relationships, and love and romance, but check out the license and you'll find that it's a product for personal use. I would say that makes this product helpful for people who need some guidance in this arena.
Given the topic, you can really expect a serious read on your hands, and this really takes the subject matter seriously. The introduction alone will show you that already. That's not to say this is a boring e-book--far from it. The stories are actually pretty interesting, although some resolutions may sound idealistic or unbelievable, and show you some examples of what real-life problems people could encounter in a marriage, and see what can be done to fix it or explain why certain things happen. It's actually an educational read and could really help a lot of people.

This can help keep those ties bound, August 18, 2007
From the very start, this e-book cautions that it does not substitute for a marriage counselor – to which I agree. However, this e-book can serve as a guide and a reminder for couples to make their marriage work. By outlining the essential ingredients of marriage and giving case studies for each ingredient, this report is a good read for any couple who is married or is planning to get married.
The e-book gives a wide range of problems that can occur in marriage – from the age-old case of infidelity to the usual seemingly irreconcilable differences. With regard to the essentials in marriage, I especially like the part about communication. The line there “If marriage is the tie that binds, then communication is the fabric by which the tie if made of” could not have explained it better. At the end, the e-book gives a very hopeful message that while your relationship may have problems, you can still have that happily ever after.
