There are some very interesting recipes in this cookbook with step by step directions for using the bread machine. I found the recipes and directions very easy to follow and understand. The recipes are also numbered to find your favorite ones with ease. There are a few glitches in the layout, at times the number of the recipe shows up in the middle of a recipe or the spacing is awkward. Overall a nice cookbook with some great recipes.

This has all the standard inclusions: PDF file, editable Microsoft Word document, sales page, and website images. However, it lacks the full licensing details, which would have been very helpful for people who are interested in reselling and distributing this product. The PDF should give you a preview of what this product has to offer, and I say it would have also been better and more attractive if this also contained an e-book cover, just to make the product look more welcoming, and a table of contents. While the recipes are numerous, numbering 151, their pages should also be edited to make the entire document look better, because at the moment, it merely looks like text files turned into a PDF with no organized formatting whatsoever, and prior to each new recipe, you even see "2 of 151" to indicate how far along you are throughout the recipe list. This could have been done a lot better, although the recipes are simple and useful.

Good recipes, but difficult to read, November 30, 2007
I know this product is intended for re-sell or re-packaging, but how I wish the author had put more thought into the layout and readability of the PDF format. The e-book is simply heavy with text, with no break for the eyes. Photos would have helped. Or simply allotting just one recipe per page, as other cookbooks do, would make a big difference in readability. The font size of the title and the body of the recipe should also have been different – again, for easier reading.
There is also no table of contents or even a listing to guide the reader. You have to swim through – or drown – through all this text just to find a recipe.
That aside, though, the recipes here look great. There are basic loaf recipes and unique and interesting ones like Oreo cookie bread and hot jalapeño bread. For healthy options, I am particularly curious about the heavenly whole wheat bread, as whole wheat bread is supposed to be healthy and not too “pleasurable.”
