A guide for organic gardening beginners, September 18, 2007
This is a good, comprehensive guide for those who want to have their own organic garden. It explains the advantages of organic gardening over conventional gardening and gives step-by-step instructions on how to make your own organic garden. It gives tips on how to prepare the soil, how to ensure your plants get enough water, which kind of fertilizer to use and where to get it, how to control pests the organic way, and so on. There is even an option here for indoor organic gardening.
The author also focuses particularly on organic herb gardening and on the rationale for such – that conventional gardening alters the taste of the herbs and thus compromises the flavors of your pasta or any dish you season with herbs. There are even recipes here for herb vinegar and herb oil.
What would make this book more helpful, though, is if it gives specific growing and caring instructions for particular plants, as each plant has particular needs.

This makes for a nice reading material, one that would certainly be enjoyed by your site visitors or your buyers. This really takes you through everything you need to know about organic gardening. It's well written and detailed and will not disappoint you at all. It's not very long at 17 pages, but for this topic, it's already quite enough.
The look of the e-book is pretty plain and straightforward; no fancy banners or links or affiliate promotions. Perhaps it might even be too plain; there aren't any copyright information or details on how you can use this product. It would even have been nice to know who was responsible for putting out this nice e-book. In that aspect, this needs some improvement.
Apart from that, there's really not a lot of faults you can find with this e-book. Make sure to offer this to your visitors if you're running a gardening website, or one that deals with organic living and healthier lifestyles!

Great, especially because it is free, October 18, 2007

What is good with this e-book includes the following:
1) It has an attractive cover.
2) It is detailed enough, yet also concise enough.
3) It has great organic gardening suggestions, and even suggestions on what to do with your harvest.
4) It is relevant.
I say that this e-book is relevant because we live in the age of herbed bread, herb seasoning as opposed to salt and sugar, and general health/fitness consciousness. Because of these, the need for people to ensure that their vegetables and fruits are pesticide-free, organic garden is the only way to go.
While this is by no means an organic gardening encyclopedia, you will have enough to go on with this in terms of why you need to get started and then how you can get started when you’ve been convinced of your need to pesticide-free plant produce.
Well it is free (If you are a Silver or Gold member, heheh :p). It is certainly worth your time to download and read it. :)
