Yummy and extensive list of recipes, February 06, 2008
This is quite an extensive list of recipes – there are over 200 here! If you and your family are craving Mexican everyday, you won’t easily run out of new dishes to try out if you use this recipe book. Almost everything is here – from the classic Mexican fare nachos, quesadillas to some unique and interesting ones like beef and tequila stew (I wonder how that tastes like).
With so many recipes here, though, I just wish there was a table of contents – and a clickable one at that – so you would easily find what you are looking for. Putting these recipes into categories would also help.
I also have a nitpick about the title – if this book is intended for US residents, the title is not a problem. But if the author is targeting customers worldwide, the title should be changed to make it clear that this book is about Mexican cooking.
