I enjoyed how the first page gave us a non-Web example of private label rights. It's something that can really help newbies understand the term and how the process works. This report is a very good guide to making good quality, private label rights articles or e-books that are well worth people's time and money. Apart from that, it also helps you determine how you can resell or produce PLR products, and what kind of promotion you can do to increase awareness of your products.
I also like how it reminds you to make PLR products of excellent quality so you can be sure that your customers really will have something good to enjoy and resell. The information is still pretty relevant even to products that aren't e-books or articles.
It's a very brief report at only 15 pages, and it is not THE final word on PLR, but it's enough to give you a solid footing on the subject.

Easy PLR Profits By Tim Whiston
Good points, February 06, 2008
This is unlike other books I have read on private label rights. While others just explain how to create or how to re-sell PLR products, this e-book also talks about raising the standards for PLR products. I could not agree more with the author Tim Whiston here when he said that one should create a PLR product that is worth reading and that would ensure customer retention even as others are quickly and haphazardly creating PLR products.
Whiston gave useful, practical (sometimes in-your-face) tips for the two types of people into PLR – those who sell and those who create. I especially appreciate his advice based on experience on how he revises PLR products he buys. I wish Whiston provided an excerpt of the original and the revised document here, though, to give the readers a better idea on how he exactly did it.
All in all, though, this is an informative, thought-provoking report.
