This cookbook was one of the best I’ve ever seen. The layout is great, and not only do you get some wonderful recipes, you get these little “Did You Know" tips. The dedication of this book is touching and the stories through out are priceless. Everyone needs to have this cookbook on their shelf.

Interestingly, this doesn't just start out like any ordinary recipe e-book. It actually has a touching introduction/dedication which will really make the reader feel that a lot of heart went into compiling the recipes and creating the e-book. It even has an introduction to Carolina Mountain Cooking, a nice first, particularly because I have rarely seen an e-book that really takes the time to talk about the cuisine it focuses on.
If you're interested in this kind of cuisine, be prepared to sit down and pore through this recipe e-book because it is simply packed with recipes that all sound easy to follow, and all of them sound pretty mouthwatering. It even has a smattering of anecdotes that will really entertain you. This is a great recipe e-book to keep for yourself in your cookbook library, and a particularly stellar one for your home cooking or recipe collection website. Highly recommended.
