This is rather nice. There's one hundred and seventy pages here of nothing but ice cream recipes. The thought is really quite yummy. The whole package contains the PDF file, the minisite materials (HTML file and a folder of images), and the editable Microsoft Word document, so all you need to do is get everything up and running and you're all set. I say this product is perfect for people with niche websites on food (perhaps even cooking or food preparation?), desserts, and even parties. I can't find a single thing to complain about this one, probably save for the appearance of the product. It's too plain and could do with some embellishment to really look appetizing. Whoever is getting this product will not only have a nice e-book to sell and distribute, but also a great recipe collection for personal use. Overall, it's a recipe e-book of decent quality.

A feast for ice cream lovers, September 14, 2007
This e-book has a wide range of recipes to satisfy the cravings of any kind of ice cream lover. There are recipes for classic flavors like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, as well as unusual recipes for the adventurous like crying cayenne, jalapeño mint, saffron and dill pickle. For the diabetic, it has an aptly titled recipe “diabetic ice cream” and sugar-free variations of classic flavors. For the vegan-vegetarian, there are non-dairy variations of different flavors as well. For the weight-conscious and the calorie-conscious in general, there are sorbet and ice recipes. The sorbets themselves offer a range of classic fruit flavors like peach and raspberry while offering unique ones like champagne sorbet and tomato and basil sorbet. For the health-conscious but not so calorie-conscious, there are a few yogurt recipes as well.
The recipes are basically easy to follow, except that the ingredients should be more specific. Sometimes, the recipes just call for cream without specifying what kind of cream is needed. Also, photos of the actual ice cream made following these recipes would make the book more visually appealing.

great goodies, stunted language, kinda needs improvement., November 04, 2007

This is an e-book that is packed with the yummiest, simplest ice cream recipes on the planet, so prepare to salivate.
While the recipes certainly are original, easy to make and easy to understand, I believe that there is room for improvement for this e-book.
For one, I believe the recipe syntax should be a little less choppy, in terms of the word flow. I mean, I know it’s a recipe, but should you leave out the connecting words?
Maybe it’s just me, but I really don’t like reading stuff that make me feel like I’m reading a robot talking. I compared with other ice cream recipes, and the others didn’t sound as robotic as the way the recipes here sound. Also, introductions could be included. It seems to me like this was just a PDF file made out of recipes combined together, not a full-fledged cook e-book.
But still. Get out your ice cream maker and churn out these goodies now!
