All these fad diets, Atkin diet, cost you an arm and leg diets are a wast of time if you don't stick to them and most people fail because them can't.
Sticking to any diet is hard as most people love their food to much and the portions you get with diets is so small, they just about feed a mouse.
You don't need to diet to lose weight.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat much healthier food and exercise abit more, you don't have to go to a gym and bust a gut to slim down infact you can easily exercise at home at very little cost.
There are lots of keep fit Cds and Dvds on the market, you just have to find one that is best for you, get a friend or some one in your family to join you, that way you can have a laugh while getting fit and losing weight.
Support is a must if you want to lose weight, going it alone always fails, it's human nature to give up when there's temptations all a round you.

Stop snacking between meals, if you feel like some thing to eat in between meals, drink a glass of water, you should drink a least eight glasses of water each and every day, don't try and drink it all in one go, spread it through out your day. ( drinking to much water to quick can kill )
