Loosing weight to quick can be dangerous to your health.
Loosing more than two pounds in body weght in any one week is very dangerous and should be avoilded at all costs.
These fast weght loss fads are no good for your long term weight loss plans or programs, your health must come first and there fore you should stick to a well thought out long term diet.
When saying diet plan, it's just a matter of changing the food you eat now, to a more healthier kind of food you should eat in the future.

There is no need to diet, (Are You Kidding Me?) No! You just have to change the way you cook your meals, let me explain, there is no need to cut out the food you love just to maintain the body weght you want, just change the way you cook it and exercise every day, it's easy as 1-2-3...
First thing is needed is for you to change the way you look at food, to start you must cut down on all red meat and fatty foods, use less salt in your cooking, in stead of frying your food, grill it or better still use your steamer.
By grilling or steaming your red meats will remove a lot of the unwanted fat making it more healthy option. Eating white meat is better still, chicken, turky etc
All sea food is low in fats and having at least two fish meals aweek is a great benefit for your heart and brain, fish like , herring, salmon, haddock, mackerel, pilchards, are all oily kind of fish high in omega3.
You need to bring more fresh vegetables into your diet, every day, also you need you eat more fresh fruit plus at least 6 to 8 glasses of water, why so much water? It flushes all the c--- out of your system.
Eat a little bit less, exercise a little bit more and you will see after a few weeks your weight will come down, leaving you feeling a lot healthier and brighter in your self.
Theres no need for any of those low carb diets, Atkins diet, starving your self type diets, give me your money diets, just cook and eat sensibley, exercise!
Don'ts

Don't use diets pills ( can be bad for your health )

Don't try and lose to much weight to quick ( 2Lbs aweek max )

Do drink more water or pure fruit drink with out any added sugar.

Do buy your self a Cd or Dvd on keep fit, use it!
