Instant Resale Templates Reviewed
Instant Resale Templates Reviewed…
Jeremy Gislason here with some news from Joel Comm and a review of his Instant Resale Templates package which just went on sale May 1st
Joel caught me on MSN last week and we started talking, he let me know about his IRT package so I started quizing him.
Joel’s a good guy but… I’ll be honest with you…
My main concern was graphic copyrights and that they have full rights to let people resell these. We discussed this for like 20 min.
He & Eric assured me that all bases are covered and if you have any questions on this package please contact Joel’s help desk at: http://www.thehelpdesk.us
Also be sure to also read their terms first:

I talked with his partner Eric about this package again yesterday. He showed me some of the templates as review samples and they seem solid.
As someone who endorsed his original templates I also wanted to make sure these were all new - they said they were and it also says it on the sales page.
So even if you bought the previous one before you should be getting all new content in this one.
You basically get a huge collection of 500 brand new niche templates covering 100 topics delivered to your door on CDrom
For each of the 100 different niches, there are 5 different template styles, which make up the 500 templates.
The 5 types of templates are in:
basic HTML
HyperVRE
XSitePro
WordPress
phpBB
I can see a lot of work went into this package and it would be very expensive to have that many made yourself or to buy them one by one elsewhere.
You might notice the call to action is a little over the top if you ask me:) but you have to look past all that and just look at the offer itself.
I also checked the order process and do not see any added continuity programs anywhere that I could see so it is just a one time payment and you get your package.
If this is for you - great - if not - move on…
If you’re into niche marketing, targeted themed sites and blogs, want to resell these or just need templates for your business then check it out
It’s a big collection and if you can use it for your business be sure to pick it up soon as the price goes up May 3rd. You can check it out and review it here:

I hope this helps you with your business

Is the price increase date, May 3rd the kind that changes every day? Is that one of the methods the websites use to get people to act right now - I think it’s called creating an urgency to get a higher conversion rate.
Hurry up, you’re going to miss it, this is the last one, it’s final, you’ll never see this special deal again, only 3 hours left and on and on. Live auctions ending soon or the last call for Flight 22 to Japan with 5 minutes left to board before the plane leaves is urgent.
Buying something that “looks” urgent in hyped up emails, banners or ads can cause the day-after blues and usually requesting a refund is a big hassle. Usually, not always. So, is the price for those Instant Resale Templates really going up on May 3rd? Either way, please don’t take this as criticism for using “urgency” as an incentive to close the sale, I’m a newbie and just curious, that’s all.
That date, May 3rd was posted about noon on May 2nd so that only left 12 hours before midnight. Today is now May 3rd. Did the price really go up? If it did, what time on May 3rd? Would that be at Midnight, almost 2 hours ago? Or will there be a last minute extended time period before price goes up “again”?

This is sooo weird. I didn’t even realize that I already bought the “Instant Resale Templates” the day before yesterday. I went over to that site just now to look at the the “Instant Templates” and thought to myself, I’ve seen this before and sure enough it was the same thing I already ordered!
The whole program looked good to me and worth the price even though there is NO REFUNDS, SOLD AS-IS but out of all that material, everyone will find something to use so the No refunds was even an issue. I didn’t care about that price going up or the whole package being gone by whatever date. I vaguely remember seeing all that but I just ignored it and focused on the program itself, not all that hype! You’ve got the sales and marketing program perfected for selling the whole package even I bought it!! Now if I can figure out where to start, that will be good.
The only question I still have is whether this huge package is simply “this site” being re-sold “as-is” by more resellers who then re-sell “this site” to even more resellers under different domain names? When you sell the whole package, you keep 100% of the price instead of just an affiliate percentage. There is no affiliate program and no refunds….Mmmm . . . 100% profit for no work except putting up “this site” after simply replacing the payment link!
If almost everyone is a reseller and very few USE the Templates for REAL websites with REAL content (articles are included) along with selling the products shown in that package then. . . .
Does it really matter how big it is — who cares about that if all you’re going to do is pass it on “as-is” to more resellers who keep passing it on. Who is going to USE the package like the tutorials show? Is it even going to be downloaded very often? That isn’t necessary if you are just reselling the package, it’s hosted for you. Why get in the loop if you don’t have to?
Well I did download the whole package, downloaded everything yesterday — one file was over 60 MB and took around 10 minutes to download. The biggest file I’ve ever downloaded! At least now I know exactly WHAT it was that I was downloading!! I am going to use those Templates and Niche websites plus all that other stuff and see if this package works as advertised.
This will be fun, IF I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW!!! One way or the other, I will. I’ll have to - there’s NO REFUNDS!!! You Marketing Guru’s never cease to amaze!! You go! go! go!
